Sunflowers are part of the daisy family and were first cultivated and even worshipped by the Incas. The seed is delicious raw or toasted, and sprouts well, providing firstly shoots and later sunflower ‘greens’. Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours.
