  1. Mix the Sesame oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Liquid Aminos, Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Garlic and Spring Onions in a large wok and heat on a high heat whilst stirring for 4 minutes. (this is the basic Masala)
  2. Now stir in the Braised Tofu, the Kale and the Yellow Pepper and continue to cook for around 3 more minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Grated Ginger and serve.
