About The Wild Food Company
The Wild Food Company is an independent, family run Zero Waste, Health and Whole Food store based in the beautiful town of Malmesbury in the southern Cotswolds, Wiltshire.
Located just a short drive from Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Tetbury, Chippenham and Cirencester, we are very easy to get to and to find.
Our shop offers a great range of zero waste, bulk and minimal waste products, refills and lots of other goodies.
We stock a large range of local artisan products, organic and free-from foods, supplements, natural chemical free body care and cosmetics and environmentally friendly household products.
The shop is licensed and offers a great range of locally produced craft beers, wines, ciders and spirits.
Our History
Originally founded in 2007, our shop has been a mainstay of the Malmesbury High Street ever since and we continue to source our products from a broad range of suppliers with a big focus on smaller and local sources wherever possible rather than large corporates.
Today, the shop is run by Tom & Anne and our small team. Tom & Anne took over the business in 2016 and have been busy adding plastic free and zero waste shopping and an ever growing selection of loose foods ever since.

Our Environmental Policy
Our aim is to have as little impact on the environment as possible whilst still providing a great service. This is something we achieve in part through the use of suppliers that share our values and through offering zero and minimal waste shopping. We recycle as much of the waste produced by the business as possible and try to distribute any surplus or out of date products to the local community. We offer an instore recycling service for our own brand pre packaged goods, offer home compostable packaging for a lot of the rest and work with a large number or circular suppliers meaning no unnecessary packaging waste.
